Delivery Notifications

You will receive an email at the address you have specified when your order has been despatched

Please Note

We Only Deliver to the UK at present. Please contact us if you are not in the UK and need to order our products. Most orders will be shipped same day on confirmation of recieved payment. Smaller items are sent Royal Mail and larger items by courier. Please allow 14 days from order but most will arrive in 2-3 days. For all orders of Spiral clothing please allow 28 days from order

Back Orders

If any item on your order is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be emailed with the option to wait for delivery or cancel your order if you would prefer.


Returns

Please inform us on reciept of goods if any item you have ordered is faulty or damaged, please supply as much information as possible, eg order number to help us replacing or refunding
